Online co-op (2–4), Beach map walks, night overtime, diamond rating, security, and mascots all get harder when hot dog and lemonade counters run dry mid-rush.

Open checklist: stock before the gate

Never open on empty pans. Before you sell the first ticket:

1. Fill hot dog and lemonade stations you plan to use today
2. Confirm toppings and cups are ready—guests notice ignored ketchup and mustard
3. Print a modest flyer stack only if food can handle the extra bodies
4. Place facing trash bins on the food queue approach
5. Know the restock path from storage to each stall

Mid-day restock on a Beach map is a long punishment walk. Inland storage and mid-park stalls should be a short triangle, not a shoreline marathon—see Beach Map Zones.

Stall placement: gate, mid-park, inland

Near-gate early stall. In the first week, put food close enough to the ticket booth that you can serve between admissions. That multitask keeps income and research moving while you still personally run the morning rush.

Mid-park Beach stall. Once Beach opens, guests leaving splashdowns need a snack without reversing the entire ocean walk. Put a concession on the circulation spine with bin coverage on the queue.

Inland family stall. A smaller point near toilets and showers catches parents who will not hike back to the beachfront. It also shortens night restock when overtime already hurts (Night Mode and Weather).

Do not bury stalls inside Pirate crate mazes or behind Aztec idols. Food needs sightlines and trash—theme around the stall using Themes: Ocean, Aztec, Pirate and Decor Customization.

Hot dogs, lemonade, and toppings discipline

Serve what guests ask for. Skipping toppings to “save time” creates slow, unhappy service for almost no benefit. Lemonade and hot dogs both matter for objective lists; leaving one empty while you chase a new slide is how star progress stalls (Stars and Diamond Rating).

Vendors versus doing it yourself

Hire a Hot Dog Vendor and Lemonade Vendor when food walks interrupt mopping and repairs every few minutes—not the second the menu unlocks. A vendor on a badly placed stall still fails. Fix placement first, then hire. Research hiring tiers and pocket space before you expect staff to carry meaningful restocks (Research Points, Staff Roles Tier List).

In co-op (2–4 players), assign one food lead who owns restock and vendor backup while others handle gate, mop, and build (Multiplayer Co-op). Solo players should keep stall count low until tools and bins cut chore time (Tools Equipment).

Food, trash, and rating

Food queues create cups and wrappers. Bin arrows must face the approach path with yellow coverage on the standing line. Loungers and decor that block facing waste the object. Full trash bags before disposal still apply—food days fill bags faster. If puddles form at lemonade spill points, mop before ragdoll chains start; night makes those spills harder to see.

Night food and overtime

If you enable night mode, restock before sunset and decide whether vendors stay on overtime. An empty night counter under pretty Ocean lamps still tanks reviews. Cut mascots before you cut the food lead if payroll is tight. Keep the inland stall lit and stocked even if you close a decorative beachfront kiosk early.
